I'm Patrick, an aspiring engineer, amateur photographer, and fan of technology and the outdoors.
I love learning about the world, seeing what incredible things people have achieved all throughout time and all over the world.
A few years ago, I saw the opportunity to graduate from high school early, giving me a chance to do something big before college. That’s when I thought of this trip. We live in a world so filtered through media, that I think the only way to truly understand people and the world is to experience it in person. There are so many incredible people, places, and activities around the world to learn from, that I am dedicating this year to travelling far and wide.
I have been working for more than a year, full-time in construction and digital media, building up my savings for this trip.
